Day 102: Short and Sweets

All I am giving you today are (bad) pictures. Still not feeling fabulous, and Inspiration has taken two asprin and a hot water bottle and gone to bed two hours ago. Sorry about the quality of the pics. I had to 'Paper Artist' a couple to try and make them brighter (shoes for example), and no matter how much I wipe my mirror I can't seem to get rid of a couple of cloudy spots. Eeh! It's the best I can do at the mo'.

Irene, of course, rocks this look. I have been trying to find a way to wear this cricket jumper for ages. There is something I find interesting about sports clothing as fashion items when I am in the op/thrift shop/store, but it is hard to work them when I get home. Have a couple of other 'sporty' pieces I will have to do something with as the year progresses. Now I am just making words with these buttons on the keyboard because I feel I have to. But a more urgent 'must' is to not bore you, so I will join Inspiration and Va-Va-Voom in bed and the three of us will come back better and stronger tomorrow!

    1. I wouldn't have guessed that - I always imagine you in heels! What colour would you get (I you had to choose only one?) There is a great melon pink one at the mo'.

    2. Oh I love heels too, there's just something about Hunters that is both decadent and down to earth at the same time. I'm convinced I must have been an English Lord in a past life and lived in them while at home on the country estate engaging in fox hunts and pheasant shooting and the like. They just make me feel at home.

I have two pairs of Hunters. A standard black glossy pair (couldn't go past tradition, see - English Lord) and a pair of black and white ballet flats with a buckle on the toe, as featured on my Facebook page recently, and somewhat more appropriate for modern urban life.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I love your feedback and comments. I read them all lovingly and try to respond to as many as I can. At the very least I go over and see where you have come from. Love it!
